SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with a tracking ID when your order has shipped. We are only able to ship within the US, and we can only ship via USPS flat rate shipping.

LOCAL PICK UP

We are based in South Austin, Texas.  If you would like to arrange for a pick up of your order to avoid the shipping wait please send us a message at the time of your purchase and we will be happy to make arrangements for pick up. 

 

As we are a small business, our availability might be limited for pickup times and locations, so we appreciate flexibility in scheduling pickups. For our safety we will require pickups to take place in public locations. Payment is mandatory in advance, we will not accept requests for cash pickups at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer shipping outside of the United States.

CHECKING ORDER STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@showtimetaxidermy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We will process a shipping label for your return, and a refund will be processed after the item has been delivered back to us and has been inspected by a member of our team.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email immediately after receiving your package at admin@showtimetaxidermy.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and a photo of the packaging it was received in. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
